We are committed to delivering excellent cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date. We will make every effort to address your concerns and rectify any issues.

Refund Conditions
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Service Not Provided: If we are unable to provide the scheduled cleaning service due to unforeseen circumstances or if we cancel the service, you are entitled to a full refund.
Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning service and have contacted us within 24 hours, we will first attempt to re-clean the area at no additional cost. If you are still not satisfied after the re-clean, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Cancellation by Client: If you cancel the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee, and refunds will be issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee, and no refund will be provided.
Inaccessibility: If our cleaning team cannot access your property at the scheduled time due to locked doors, restricted entry, or any other reason beyond our control, no refund will be provided.

Special Requests: Services requested outside the scope of our standard offerings that were completed as specified will not be refunded.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment.
